Share documents on Google Drive
Go to “drive.google.com” on your Computer
Now click on the folder or file that you want to share
You will be now able to see the option that says “Share”, click on it
On the box that pops up, under “People” simply type the e-mail address of the person or the Google Group with which you want to share the file
Now simply click on “Send” and an e-mail will be sent to the person or the group with the file or the document attached.
Apart from the above, to choose how a person can utilize the file or the folder, simply click on the “Down Arrow” and assign the function. In case if you ever require using your Google Drive files offline, you can simply follow the steps below to make your files or folder available “Offline”.
