1.You Need To Download a File From Given Link Below ;

    GTA 5 Low End PC Settings

2. After Downloading You Have to Extract it using Winrar or 7 ZIP  

3. Then You Get 3 Folders 

    Low End PC

    Super Low-End PC

    Super Ultra Low-End PC

4. Click on any folder and open it According to Your Pc/Laptop Requirement.

5. Choose Folder According to your Display resolution.

6. Then, Copy "Setting.xml" file and Paste to "C:\Users\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V "
