    First of all, we Know About History Of Blogger 
 Blogger is a blog publishing service that allows multi-user blogs with time-stamped entries. It was developed by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. The blogs are hosted by Google and generally accessed from a subdomain of blogspot.com.

To Make A Blog website

Follow These Steps -

1. Open Any Browser And Search on Google
Blogger & Go To This Website https://www.blogger.com 

2. Sign in With Your Google Account and Click on the new Blog.

 Step 3:
Choose Your "Blog Title & Blogger Domain" Address
and Click on the "Create Blog" Option

Step 4: Now Your Blog is Ready for Publishing Your own Post.

Click on Create New Post


Step 5: Now Click on Plus " + " Sign on Right Corner Side & 
Start Writing Your post and Publish.
Write Title And Post
Last : - Write Post & Publish.
